2021 NCAA Playoff Points: Week 10

The football gods were offered chaos this past week, which means there's a lot to look into now.

I still haven't decided if I'm going to do mock brackets or not, since it's tough with no clearly determined conference champion to really get a clear bracket picture, but I may try. Given the amount of content coming though, that may not be until next week's results are in, though I am trying to track computer rankings as well, which are part of the selection and seeding process.

So without further ado, let's look at the results from last week and see where the conferences stand with their rankings.

The order more or less holds steady; the SEC is tops in basically everything except PP2, where the Big Ten leads and is second in everything else. Meanwhile, Conference USA is in last, but may not see its champion fall to the 16 seed if UTSA runs the table.

Looking individually, Georgia is really running away with this, standing at 45 PP1 and aPP, with no one else within ten points of them. Notre Dame and Texas A&M are tied for second in PP1 with 34 points, with Michigan and BYU rounding out the top five with 33 points. Notre Dame is second in aPP with 34 points, Michigan is next with 32, followed by a tie between Ohio State and UTSA with 30 points. PP2 is the somewhat funky one, with Wisconsin leading the way with 20.83 points, followed by Boise State at 20.40, then North Carolina at 18 points.

I'll be back soon with a look at the Week 11 schedule!
